Smalls Sliders has named Ryan Crumley as its new Chief Development Officer, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to opening high-performing Cans across the country with consistency and efficiency. In this role, Crumley oversees franchising, market strategy, real estate, and construction, ensuring every Smalls Sliders Can opens seamlessly and delivers a great experience for guests and franchise partners alike.
Crumley joins Smalls Sliders with more than two decades of experience in restaurant and retail development, having led large-scale growth and construction initiatives for several nationally recognized brands. Most recently, he served as Chief Growth Officer at Tidal Wave Auto Spa, where he helped grow the company to more than 300 locations and managed all aspects of real estate development and construction. He has also held leadership roles with Dave’s Hot Chicken, Driven Brands, and Dunkin’ Brands, where he oversaw the opening of more than 500 restaurants and completed over 250 remodels.

Crumley brings a proven track record of turning ideas into action and helping brands scale while maintaining strong team cultures and performance.
